The Mustad Fillet Knife features a double-moulded, ergonomic handle that is textured for grip and designed with comfort and superior balancing in mind. The curved blade design and medium flex in the blade provides a better working angle to cut as close as possible to the bone for maximum fillet retention. Lastly, the bolster less edge of the blade allows for the use of the entire blade and makes sharpening smooth and effortless. Available in 3 sizes: 7″ blade, 8″ blade and 9″ blade. The 7″ blade is perfect for the smaller estuary or salt water fish with the 8″ and 9″ blade ideal for the larger fish fillets.
